Once you decide to become a Home Manager, a Showhomes Placement Coordinator will work to find the house that reflects the style of your furniture. Our professional decorator is available to assist you in the decorating process.

You keep the home in show-to-sell condition and allow Realtors to show the home to prospective buyers by appointment. Once the home sells, Showhomes will work to provide you with another luxurious home and to ensure a smooth move between Showhomes.

People become Home Managers for many reasons. Some need a short-term housing solution – for instance those who are building or shopping for a new home – and benefit from being a Home Manager for only a few months. To qualify as a Home Manager you must:

• Complete a Home Manager application.

• Have fine furniture and accessories that will complement a Showhome.

• Pass our background checks (credit, criminal, and personal references).

• Be a non-smoker, and not own pets.

When a home sells, Showhomes arranges for the Home Manager’s move to another property, allowing for a quick close.
